[Purchase & Payment]

• This product includes participation in the 8TURN BERLIN OFFLINE FANSIGN & 1:1 CHALLENGE VIDEO EVENT. All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed.

• A 7% service fee will be applied at checkout.

• Payment must be completed within 7 minutes after selecting your purchase option for the order to be successfully processed.

• Each participant may purchase a maximum of 1 ticket per option. If additional purchases made through multiple accounts are identified, participation may be restricted, and no refunds will be provided for such purchases.

• Participants purchasing the 1:1 CHALLENGE VIDEO EVENT must submit a link to the challenge they wish to film at the time of purchase. Please prepare the challenge video link before proceeding with your purchase. If the submitted challenge is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for the event, further instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the Kooky account used for purchase.

[Event Participation]

• If your identity cannot be verified using the personal information submitted at the time of purchase, your participation may be restricted.

• Identity verification will be conducted on-site before participation. Please bring one of the following valid forms of identification:

• Passport (any nationality)

• National ID card issued by an EU member state (e.g. German Personalausweis)

• Expired identification documents will not be accepted.

• The information on your ID must match the participant information submitted at the time of purchase.

• The event schedule and detailed participation instructions will be announced separately at a later date and may be subject to change depending on operational circumstances.

[On-site Pickup]

• All products and rewards for this event are available for on-site pickup only on the day of the event.

• If you do not collect your items within the designated pickup period, separate delivery will not be provided.
