To celebrate YEOJIN's 10th debut anniversary in 2027, YEOJIN is preparing for the YEOJIN 2027 EUROPE TOUR, scheduled to take place in late January 2027!
Based on your recommendations and feedback, weβre excited to reveal the candidate cities for the YEOJIN 2027 EUROPE TOUR!
These cities will move forward to the Pre-Sale Phase, where your participation will determine which cities are officially confirmed as tour stops.
From Pre-Sale to final tour confirmation, the YEOJIN 2027 EUROPE TOUR will be shaped together with YEOJIN's fans.
Pre-Sale will open for the 4 candidate cities with Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets only (β¬129).
Your participation will help determine which cities become official stops on the YEOJIN 2027 EUROPE TOUR.

β’ Pre-Sale PREMIUM Ticket (β¬129) β available only during the Pre-Sale period and includes access to the Pre-Sale PREMIUM Zone.
β’ Pre-Sale PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER β assigned in purchase order. Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders enter before general ticket holders.
β’ HI-TOUCH β included as an exclusive benefit for all Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders.
β’ Signed Polaroid β pre-made and included for all Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders.
β’ Special Stage Vote β exclusive voting access to select the cover stage you want to see on tour. Voting results will be reflected in the tour setlist.
β’ City Confirmation β cities that reach 100 Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket sales will be officially confirmed as tour stops.
β’ VIP/VVIP Benefit Priority Purchase Access β exclusive early access to purchase VIP/VVIP Benefit Packages before general sales.
β’ Pre-Sale Exclusive Photocard β limited-edition photocard featuring a Pre-Sale-only design.
β’ Transfer Request / Auto Refund β if a city is not confirmed, purchasers may request a transfer to a confirmed city during the designated transfer request period. Remaining eligible orders will be automatically refunded after the transfer period.
β’ Each candidate city that reaches 100 Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket sales will be confirmed as an official tour stop.
β’ Cities that do not reach 100 tickets by the end of the Pre-Sale period will move into the Transfer Request Window.
β’ Purchasers who bought Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets for cities that did not reach 100 Pre-Sale sales may request a transfer to a confirmed city during this window.
β’ After the window closes, any remaining eligible orders that were not transferred will be automatically refunded β no separate cancellation request needed.
β’ Refund processing may take up to 2 business weeks, depending on your payment provider.

β’ Following the Pre-Sale phase, the official YEOJIN 2027 EUROPE TOUR poster, including confirmed cities and tour dates, will be released.
β’ Following the official tour poster release, Pre-Sale purchasers who wish to cancel due to tour dates or venue concerns may request a full refund including service fees during this period.
β’ β οΈ This cancellation window will be open for one week only. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
β’ VIP/VVIP Benefit Package sales details will be announced separately.
β’ Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive priority purchase access before general sales.
β’ General ticket sales will open for all confirmed tour cities. Sales channels and available ticket types may vary by city.

β’ During the Pre-Sale period, only Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets (β¬129) will be available for the 4 candidate cities.
β’ VIP/VVIP Benefit Packages provide priority entry and require a valid concert admission ticket.
β’ A 12% service fee applies to all ticket purchases and is refundable if eligible under the Refund Policy.
β’ VIP/VVIP Benefit Packages are add-on benefit products and require a valid concert admission ticket. They cannot be used independently.
β’ VVIP is limited to 30 packages per city.
β’ VVIP includes: Soundcheck Viewing, Priority Entry, VIP Goods + VIP Photocard, 90-sec 1:1 Fansign, 5:1 Group Photo.

β’ If an admission ticket and a Benefit Package include the same benefit, the benefit will be provided only once β not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for an alternative benefit.
β’ Full refunds including the 12% service fee are available in the following cases:
β (1) City Not Confirmed β transfer to a confirmed city during the Transfer Request Window, or automatic full refund after the window closes.

β (2) Free Cancellation Window β full refund requests are accepted for one week following the official tour poster release.
β οΈ After the Free Cancellation Window closes, cancellations will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
β’ Official tour dates, venues, and ticket sale schedules may be adjusted due to operational circumstances.
β’ Due to venue booking circumstances, a confirmed city may be replaced with a nearby city.
β’ Venue information may be announced separately after the official tour poster is released.
β’ Age restrictions and venue policies vary by city and venue. Some venues may impose age restrictions, and attendees under the age of 18 may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Detailed policies will be announced after each venue is confirmed.
β’ Accessibility accommodations vary by venue. If you require accessibility assistance, we recommend waiting until venue information is announced before purchasing a ticket.
β’ Depending on the venueβs ticketing policy, purchased tickets may need to be transferred or migrated to the venueβs official ticketing platform. The base ticket price will remain unchanged; however, additional ticketing platform fees may apply.
β’ After venues are announced, GENERAL SALE ticket types and entry methods may vary by city β but your Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket and entry priority are always honored.
β’ Most venues are expected to operate with a standing configuration. If a seated configuration is used, entry and seat selection procedures will follow the applicable ticket priority and entry order.
