• Venue entry will be conducted in the following order: PREMIUM → GA (Early Entry) → GA.
• Please note that if you arrive after your designated entry time, you will be admitted last within your ticket category, regardless of your original entry order. Please check the timetable carefully and arrive on time.
• M&G Benefit Packages are add-on products and require a valid concert ticket for the same performance date. M&G packages cannot be used independently.
• Please review the M&G Benefit chart carefully before purchasing.
• M&G Benefit Packages are available in limited quantities and may sell out before the scheduled sales period ends.
• Age: This is an all-ages show. All children require a ticket.
• Accessibility (ADA): All venues at The Complex — including restrooms, concessions, and merchandise areas — are ADA accessible. Rockwell has a dedicated ADA section with chairs available. ADA parking is available inside the main gates on a first-come, first-served basis (a valid accessible placard is required). For assistance, please ask House Staff or call AEG at (888) 226-0076.
• Bag Policy: Large bags, tote bags, backpacks, and hydration packs are not permitted. Small purses, fanny packs, and crossbody bags (maximum 12" x 12" x 6") are allowed. The Complex does not offer lockers or bag check; coat check is available at the concessions stand for a fee. Professional photography or recording is not permitted without a media pass.
• Re-entry: No re-entry once admitted.
