• Venue entry will be conducted in the following order: PREMIUM → GA (Early Entry) → GA.

• Please note that if you arrive after your designated entry time, you will be admitted last within your ticket category, regardless of your original entry order. Please check the timetable carefully and arrive on time.

🤝 M&G Benefit Packages

• M&G Benefit Packages are add-on products and require a valid concert ticket (Kooky Pre-Sale ticket or a GA ticket purchased through the official venue platform) for the same performance date. M&G packages cannot be used independently.

• Please review the M&G Benefit chart carefully before purchasing.

• M&G Benefit Packages are available in limited quantities and may sell out before the scheduled sales period ends.

📍 Venue Guidelines — THE PLAZA LIVE

• Age: The Plaza Live is an all-ages venue, though some shows may have age restrictions. Children over the age of 2 require a ticket.

• Accessibility (ADA): The Plaza Live is fully ADA accessible. To request assistive listening devices or interpreter services, please contact the venue at least two weeks before the event. ADA parking is first-come, first-served on Bumby Ave. Only trained service animals are permitted.

• Bag Policy: Reasonably sized bags are allowed and are subject to search at entry (guests pass through a security scanner). No backpacks, duffle bags, or oversized purses. Weapons of any kind are prohibited.

• Re-entry: No re-entry once your ticket has been scanned. If you have a special need or emergency requiring you to leave, please ask a security or Plaza Live staff member for assistance.

• Venue policies are subject to change. Please check the official venue website (plazaliveorlando.org) for the most up-to-date age, accessibility, and bag policies before you attend.

• Kooky Pre-Sale tickets and GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) Tickets purchased through the official venue ticketing platform are both valid for admission to the event.
