🎟️ Kooky Pre-Sale Premium Ticket — Convert Your Ticket on DICE

• Please convert your Kooky Pre-Sale Premium Ticket on DICE using the personal code we emailed you (delivered as a pre-applied link): open the link, log in, select "Kooky Ticket" (quantity pre-set), and check out — it's free.

• Conversion opens July 22, 10:00 AM BST (6:00 PM KST), the same time as general sales, and won't appear before then.

• Once your ticket is converted, M&G Benefits become available to purchase on DICE.

• Your code is tied 1:1 to your order — please don't share it, or you may be unable to redeem your ticket.

• Your Pre-Sale Premium Ticket remains valid for venue entry through the Kooky app QR (activated 1 day before the event), so you don't need to buy another concert ticket.

⭐ Entry Order

• Venue entry will be conducted in the following order: PREMIUM → GA (Early Entry) → GA.

• PREMIUM Ticket holders will enter according to their assigned entry number.

• GA (Early Entry) and GA Ticket holders will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis within their respective ticket categories.

• Late-arriving PREMIUM Ticket holders will be admitted after the other PREMIUM Ticket holders, regardless of their assigned entry number.

• Please check the timetable carefully and arrive on time.

🤝 M&G Benefit Packages

• M&G Benefit Packages are add-on products and require a valid concert ticket for the same performance date. M&G Benefit Packages cannot be used independently.

• M&G Benefit Packages must be purchased through the official DICE ticketing page linked above.

• Please review the M&G Benefit chart carefully before purchasing.

• M&G Benefit Packages are available in limited quantities and may sell out before the scheduled sales period ends.

• Ticket and M&G Benefit Package payments are processed through DICE and are subject to DICE’s purchase and refund policies.

• The entry QR code for Kooky Pre-Sale Premium Tickets will be activated 1 day before the event. Entry is only permitted using the QR code displayed in the Kooky app.

• Kooky Pre-Sale Premium Tickets and concert tickets purchased through the official DICE ticketing page are both valid for admission to the event.

• Entry numbers for Kooky Pre-Sale Premium Tickets may be adjusted after all ticket transfer and refund processes have been completed.

• Member participation may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes to the participating lineup do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
