All concert admission tickets for the 2026 8TURN 2ND WORLD TOUR [8TURN TRACE] – AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS must be purchased through Kooky.
* Customers who purchased Kooky Pre-Sale tickets do not need to purchase another concert ticket. Your Kooky Pre-Sale ticket remains valid for venue entry.
* The entry QR code for Kooky Pre-Sale tickets will be activated in the Kooky app one day before the event and can be used for venue entry.

• Venue entry will be conducted in the following order: PREMIUM → GA (Early Entry) → GA.
• PREMIUM Ticket holders will enter according to their assigned entry number.
• GA (Early Entry) and GA Ticket holders will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis within their respective ticket categories.
• If a PREMIUM Ticket holder arrives after the designated entry time, they will be admitted after the other PREMIUM Ticket holders, regardless of their assigned entry number.
• Please check the timetable carefully and arrive on time.
• M&G Benefit Packages are add-on products and require a valid concert ticket for the same performance date. M&G Benefit Packages cannot be used independently.
• Please review the M&G Benefit chart carefully before purchasing.
• M&G Benefit Packages are available in limited quantities and may sell out before the scheduled sales period ends.

• Payment must be completed within 7 minutes after selecting your options for the purchase to be processed successfully.
• All purchases are final. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not permitted, except where required by applicable law or in the event of cancellation.
• The QR code for venue entry will be activated one day before the event. Entry is only permitted using the QR code displayed in the Kooky app.
• Both PREMIUM and GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) Tickets purchased through Kooky are valid for admission to the event.
•Entry numbers for all PREMIUM Tickets may be adjusted after all ticket transfer and refund processes have been completed.
• Member participation may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes to the participating lineup do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Event schedules, venue information, operating procedures, and benefit details are subject to change due to operational circumstances.
• Venue policies, including age restrictions and admission regulations, vary by city and venue.
