⭐ Pre-Ticket Sales Rules

• This is a project-based tour — your participation directly determines the tour route.

• Up to 15 cities that reach 200 PREMIUM tickets sold will be confirmed as official tour stops. Once 15 cities are confirmed, the pre-ticket sales period will close early.

• Cities that do not reach 200 seats will not host a concert. Purchasers may submit a city transfer request during the designated transfer window, or receive a full automatic refund if no request is submitted — no cancellation request needed.

• To prevent excessive purchasing and cancellations, the maximum number of tickets per account for each city is limited to 10.

• Payment must be completed within 7 minutes after selecting options for the purchase to be processed successfully.

• A 7% service fee will be applied at the time of purchase (refundable if eligible under [Refund Policy]).

⭐ Pre-Ticket Benefits & Policy

• The first 2 city to reach 200 seats will be rewarded with a bonus encore stage at the 8TURN 2026 US Tour.

• The earlier you purchase, the earlier your entry number. Pre-sale PREMIUM ticket holders will be assigned entry numbers in purchase order. After pre-sale purchasers enter, general ticket purchasers will enter in their own purchase order afterward.

• Pre-sale PREMIUM ticket purchasers will receive an exclusive dress code vote for the 8TURN 2026 US Tour — this vote is only available to pre-sale ticket holders.

• Free cancellation is available only during the designated period after official tour dates are announced. Please make sure to check Kooky's official channels for the cancellation window. Refunds will not be available after this period has passed.

⭐ Entry Order

• All PREMIUM ticket holders — both pre-sale and general sale — will be assigned entry numbers in purchase order. Pre-sale purchasers will receive their entry numbers first, followed by general sale purchasers in the order they bought.

• GA ticket holders will enter on a first-come, first-served basis on-site.

💰 Refund Policy

• Full refunds including service fees are issued in the following cases:

✔️ (1) Your city does not reach 200 seats — before the refund is processed, purchasers from unconfirmed cities may submit a city transfer request to transfer their ticket to a confirmed city.

The transfer request window will be open from Jun 12, 12PM – Jun 15, 12PM (KST).

If a transfer request is submitted, your entry number will be assigned following the existing pre-sale purchasers of your selected city — ahead of general sale purchasers.

The order among transfer applicants will be based on your original pre-sale purchase time. If no transfer request is submitted, refunds will be processed automatically after the transfer window closes, and may take up to 2 weeks to be reflected depending on your payment provider.

✔️ (2) You cancel during the designated free cancellation window following the official tour poster release.

• Please note that currency exchange fees — if any — are outside of Kooky's control. Kooky refunds the full ticket price + service fee, but the amount received may differ depending on your payment method and exchange rate at the time of the refund.

📌 Additional Notes

• Venue changes: Due to booking circumstances, the confirmed city may be fulfilled at a nearby city instead.

• Age restrictions will be confirmed after the venue is finalized and may be All Ages, 18+, or 21+. If the final age restriction prevents a pre-sale purchaser from attending, they may request a refund within the designated refund request period. Valid ID may be required for entry.

• ADA accommodations: ADA support varies by venue. If you require accessibility accommodations, we recommend waiting until the venue is announced before purchasing.

• Ticket transfer/fees: Depending on the venue, ticket migration may be required. The ticket price itself remains the same, but additional fees from the ticketing platform may apply.

• Seated shows: Venues are primarily standing. If a seated configuration is used, PREMIUM ticket holders will enter in purchase order and may choose their seats accordingly.
