⭐ Pre-Ticket Sales Rule

• This is a project-based tour — your participation directly determines the tour route.

• Sales numbers may temporarily include tickets in checkout. If a checkout is not completed, those tickets will be removed from the count.

• Only cities that reach 100 tickets or more will be officially confirmed as tour stops.

• Only cities that sell 100 or more tickets during this stage will be officially confirmed as concert cities.

• The first 15 cities to reach 100 seats sold during the pre-ticket sales period will be confirmed as tour cities.

• Cities that do not reach 100 tickets will not host a concert, and all purchased tickets will be fully refunded.

• For all items, payment must be completed within 7 minutes after selecting options for the purchase to be processed successfully.

• This tour product has been planned by ARAISE, and the tour operation and management will also be handled by ARAISE.

⭐ Pre-Ticket Benefits & Policy

• All Pre-Ticket (SILVER tier) purchasers will receive priority access to upgrade to higher tiers (GOLD / DIAMOND) during the designated upgrade period by paying only the price difference.

• Free cancellation is available only during the designated period after official tour dates are announced.

• Every pre-ticket purchaser will receive 1 free lucky draw opportunity on the event day.

• This ticket does not require a separate submission form after payment, so please disregard any related submission notices.

※ State taxes will be charged separately at checkout.

⭐ Entry Order & Upgrade Rules

• Only users who purchased Pre-Ticket (SILVER) may purchase upgrade tickets, up to the number of SILVER tickets they own.

• DIAMOND (Selfie) and DIAMOND (Polaroid) tickets are limited to 10 per show. GOLD tickets have no quantity limit.

• Final entry numbers for DIAMOND and GOLD tickets will follow the original SILVER ticket purchase order — not the upgrade purchase order.

• SILVER ticket entry numbers will be finalized after the upgrade period ends.

• After Pre-Ticket purchasers enter, general ticket purchasers will enter afterward.

💰 Refund Policy

• Cities that do not reach 100 tickets by the deadline will not host a concert, and all purchases for those cities will be fully refunded.

• Refunds will be processed automatically after the Pre-Ticket Sales phase ends.

⚠️ Important Notice

• Once official tour dates are announced, refunds will be available only during the designated free cancellation period.

• Cities not selected through this event will not be added as tour locations.
