Continuing from last week’s vote which had CRAVITY’s Hyeongjun crowned as the winner, this week’s Kooky Spotlight is the chance for fans to pick who they think is the Best 4th Gen Dancer (female division), and believe that we have just as strong a list of contenders!

WJSN (Cosmic Girls) - Yeoreum

The first nominee on our list is Yeoreum, a dancer who honestly could have competed with any of the male idols on last week’s nominee list as she’s notorious for her powerful covers of lots of male idol dances. Yeoreum has covered dances by artists such as Taemin & EXO who are well known for their complex dance routines. That being said, don't be deceived, when it comes time for her to turn on her feminine charms on stage, her presence is just as alluring.

Kep1er - Dayeon

Kep1er’s Dayeon is just as strong in her dancing because she’s shown incredible skill in her dance abilities, especially her street dance performances as she took classes in Hip Hop dance and Tutting. Dayeon has had fans interested ever since her appearance on Idol Live School where she showed sexy confidence as she freestyled to Justin Beiber’s ‘Peaches’. And Dayeon carries that same energy into her group performances, her charismatic low toned voice doesn’t waver in power or stability no matter how intense the Kep1er’s choreography may be.

LOONA - Yves

Yves is just another dancer who has shown passion and dedication to the craft of dancing since a young age; during her high school days she secretly joined the school dance team, hiding it from her mother. This went on to her covering girl group dancers in her pre-debut days and when she released her solo song ‘New’, she can also be seen in a ballet dance studio, possibly due to the fact that she says she wants to start a ballet subunit! It’s clear Yves still has a lot of desire to expand her horizons as a dancer.

VIVIZ - SIN B

And last but by no means least is SIN B, previously a member in popular girl group GFRIEND and now in VIVIZ, she has always been known for her incredible dance skills, even being picked as Studio Choom’s artist of the month in November 2020. She trained for 5 years at BigHit (now HYBE), which is known for producing high level dancers and her members say she is still the first to memorise any new choreography. SIN B’s performance is always a mesmerising show as not only does she move effortlessly but she’s a pro at making playful and alluring expressions that keep the viewer hooked.

These four artists are currently in the running to win ‘Best 4th Gen Dancer (female division) so remember to place your vote on both Kooky's official website and on the 'Topic Ranking' page on the Kooky app. The winner will be featured in the main banner of Kooky's app, posted on our social media, and the fans will get to pick the topic for a featured article about the winner for this Friday’s magazine.
