ALL(H)OURS is preparing for the ALL(H)OURS 1st World Tour <RISE UP> in North America, scheduled to take place in January 2027.
This tour will be organized as a project-based tour, where cities are selected step by step based on fan interest and actual tour feasibility.
From city recommendations to Pre-Sale and final tour confirmation, this journey is designed to be created together by ALL(H)OURS and MIN(UT)E.
• In this phase, fans are invited to recommend cities they would like ALL(H)OURS to visit during the tour.
• All recommended cities will be reviewed based on operational and venue feasibility, and 12 candidate cities will be selected.
• Please note that cities not selected during this phase may have limited opportunities to be added later in the tour planning process.
• Leave a comment with [City Name, Region + #ALL_H_OURS_2027NATOUR] on the official Kooky Magazine / X / Instagram / TikTok / Weibo recommendation posts.

• City recommendations are collected to reference fan feedback across all platforms, and among the recommended cities, a total of 12 candidate cities will be selected after a comprehensive review of operational and concert feasibility.
• Comments that do not follow the recommended format (City Name + Country Name + #ALL_H_OURS_2027NATOUR) may be excluded from the count.
• The 12 candidate cities and Pre-Sale details will be revealed on Aug 11, 12PM (KST). Stay tuned to official channels for updates.
Pre-Sale will open for the 12 candidate cities with PREMIUM tickets only ($139).
This phase plays a critical role in determining which cities will officially be included in the tour.

• Up to 9 cities that reach 100 Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket sales will be confirmed as official tour stops.
• Once 9 cities have been confirmed, the Pre-Sale period will close early.
• Cities that do not reach 100 tickets by the end of the Pre-Sale period will move into the Transfer Request Window, where purchasers may request a transfer to a confirmed city.
• Any remaining eligible orders after the Transfer Request Window closes will be automatically refunded — no separate cancellation request needed.
• Please note that refund processing may take up to 2 business weeks to be reflected, depending on your payment provider.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets are only available during the Pre-Sale period — once Pre-Sale ends, PREMIUM tickets will no longer be sold.
• PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER — The earlier you purchase, the earlier your entry number. Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will be assigned priority entry numbers in purchase order — your spot in line is locked in the moment you buy. After Pre-Sale purchasers enter, general ticket purchasers will enter afterward.
• M&G Priority Purchase Access — Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive exclusive early access to purchase M&G Benefit packages before general sales.
• Pre-Sale Exclusive Photocard Set — All Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive a limited-edition photocard set.
• Random Member Polaroid — All Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive one random member polaroid.
• Special Voting Rights — Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will be able to vote for the ALL(H)OURS cover stage they would like to see performed during the ALL(H)OURS 2027 North America Tour. The selected cover stage will be included in the tour setlist.
• City Confirmation — Up to 9 cities that reach 100 PREMIUM ticket sales during the Pre-Sale period will be confirmed as official tour stops.
• Transfer Request / Auto Refund — Purchasers in unconfirmed cities may request a transfer to a confirmed city during the Transfer Request Window; remaining eligible orders will be automatically refunded afterward.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM (Pre-Sale Only) ($139) — Entry by Pre-Sale PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER
• PREMIUM ($79) — Entry by PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER
• (Early Entry) GENERAL ADMISSION ($64) — First-come, first-served on-site

• A 12% service fee applies to PREMIUM ticket purchases and is refundable if eligible under the Refund Policy.
• Purchasers who bought PREMIUM tickets for cities that did not reach 100 Pre-Sale sales may request a transfer to a confirmed city during this window.
• After the window closes, any remaining eligible orders that were not transferred will be automatically refunded — no separate cancellation request needed.

• Following the official tour poster release, Pre-Sale purchasers who wish to cancel due to tour dates or venue concerns will receive a full refund including service fees during this period.
• ⚠️ This cancellation window will be open for one week only. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted under any circumstances. Please make sure to check official announcements and do not miss this window.
