해당 오류가 확인된 주문은 유효한 티켓이 발급되지 않은 건으로 확인되어, 결제 취소 및 전액 환불 처리가 완료되었습니다.

오류 대상 고객분들께는 개별 이메일을 통해 안내드렸으며, 기존 오류 주문이 취소 처리됨에 따라 해당 고객분들의 계정은 다시 티켓 구매가 가능한 상태입니다.

관람을 원하시는 경우, 티켓팅 페이지에 다시 접속하여 현재 구매 가능한 좌석 중에서 새로 결제를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

During the presale ticketing for 2026 OMEGA X 5th ANNIVERSARY FANMEETING: OMEGA X ATHLETIC CLUB, we identified a seat confirmation issue affecting some payments.

Affected orders were confirmed as cases where valid tickets were not issued, and the payments have been canceled and fully refunded.

Affected customers have been notified individually by email. As the affected orders have been canceled, those accounts are now able to purchase tickets again.
