As we move into the next stage of ticket processing, please carefully review the information below regarding refund requests, city change requests, and ticket conversion procedures.

1️⃣ How to Check Your Order Number

Your Kooky order number is required for refund requests, city change requests, and ticket conversion.

Please follow the steps below:

Kooky Sign-in

→ Left Menu Button

→ Purchase History

→ 📣 1VERSE Europe Tour – Ticket Sales

→ Click your purchase record

→ Check “Order Details”

Example format:

KOOKY-251201-CAFE32

Please make sure to enter your order number exactly as shown.

2️⃣ Refund Request Form

If you are unable to attend, you may submit a refund request during the official refund request period.

📅 Refund Request Deadline:

Feb 17, 15:00 (CET)

Refunds will be processed in batch after the refund request period ends.

Please note that refund requests submitted after the deadline cannot be processed.

3️⃣ City Change Request Form (Alternative to Refund)

If you wish to attend a different city instead of requesting a refund, you may submit a City Change request during the same period.

📅 City Change Request Deadline:

Feb 17, 15:00 (CET)

If you submit a City Change request after submitting a refund request, your refund request will be cancelled and your ticket will be processed as a city change instead.

Once processing is completed, your Kooky purchase history will reflect the updated city.

4️⃣ Ticket Conversion & Upgrade Information

City-specific instructions for ticket conversion, upgrade, and Kooky Ticket Holder access have been sent via email.

Please check the official email corresponding to your confirmed city for detailed information, including applicable promo codes or access links.
