The Kooky funding submission system has been newly upgraded.

Now you can create a funding project, submit it, and check its progress all inside the Kooky app/web — in one seamless flow.

Experience a much simpler and more intuitive way to create and participate in funding.

To start a funding project, go to the Vote tab at the bottom → Create Funding.

You will also find a Create Funding button next to the Post button inside each artist community, allowing you to apply from the artist page as well.

1️⃣ Select the Artist Channel

→ Choose the artist you want to create the funding project for.

(If you accessed the button from the artist’s community, this step will be skipped automatically.)

2️⃣ Title & Description

→ Write freely — including the artist’s name helps other fans instantly recognize the project.

3️⃣ Choose a Funding Option

→ Each reward option already has its goal and duration set. Check them and select the reward you want to proceed with.

4️⃣ Start Date & Reward Execution Date

→ Once you select the start date, the system will automatically set the end date based on the reward option’s required duration.

→ Then choose the date you want the reward to be executed.

(※ For advertisement rewards, the funding must end at least 2 weeks before the start of the ad period.)

💡 TIP — Make sure to add Related Community!

To maximize visibility, add all relevant artists to the Related Community section.

Ex. ✔ Group funding → add all members

✔ Member funding → add the group

This ensures the funding will be shown in multiple artist communities, helping more fans discover it.

🔎 After Submitting — Check Funding Status

After submitting, you can check the status in Vote → Funding → Submitted. If it shows Pending, the funding was submitted correctly.

Before submitting, please check that no one else has already submitted the same reward!

Once Kooky Staff reviews it:

• Approved → it will appear in the Funding tab for all fans!

• Declined → This means the conditions, schedule, or reward details did not meet the requirements. Please review the details and re-submit after making adjustments.
