To ensure the tour reflects the voices of fans across Europe, Kooky will select the Top 8 cities based on fan recommendations across all platforms.

1️⃣ City Recommendation Phase

✔ How Candidate Cities Are Selected

• Top 5 cities from Kooky Magazine

• Top 1 city each from X, Instagram, and TikTok

• If the No.1 city overlaps with the Magazine list, the next most-liked city is selected

• If multiple cities fall within 100km, they will be merged into the highest-ranked city

2️⃣ Ticketing Phase — Concert Confirmation System

Period: Dec 1 (Mon) 18:00 – Dec 12 (Fri) 12:00 (KST)

At this stage, fans in each of the 8 selected cities will purchase GA tickets.

⭐ Concert Confirmation Rule?

→ A city’s concert is officially confirmed once it reaches 200 tickets sold!

✔ Engagement Achievements (200-Seat Milestones)

⚡ First city to reach 200 seats → Special MD (Photocard)

⚡ First 3 cities to reach 200 seats → Full-venue Hi-Touch

⚡ Any city that reaches 200 seats → Special message video from 1VERSE

✔ Refund Policy for Non-Confirmed Cities

For cities that do not reach 200 seats and do not fall into the Top 3 fanmeeting cities:

• The concert will not take place, and all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund.

✔ Fanmeeting for Top 3 Non-Confirmed Cities

For cities that do not reach 200 seats:

• The Top 3 cities with the highest ticket sales will host a fanmeeting instead of a concert.

• Fanmeetings will only be held in cities that sold 100+ tickets.

• Top 3 fanmeeting cities will be determined at the end of the sales period (Dec 12, 12:00 KST).

• In these cities, the concert will not be held and tickets will NOT be refunded, as the ticket will be converted into a fanmeeting ticket.

✔ Ticket Holder Rewards — For ALL Purchasers (Including Refund Cases)

Rewards granted to everyone, regardless of concert confirmation:

• Exclusive Secret Online Live Ticket

✔ Ticket Holder Rewards — For Confirmed Cities Only

Rewards granted only if the concert is confirmed in that city:

• 3,000 Kooky for all verified purchasers in confirmed cities

✔ VIP Ticket Upgrade Priority

• Fans who purchase GA tickets during this event will receive priority access for VIP ticket upgrades.

• Detailed information regarding the upgrade process will be announced in a separate notice.

✅ Tour City Selection Notice

• If a city cannot host a tour stop due to venue or operational limitations, it may be adjusted to the nearest feasible city.

• All adjustments will be made while considering ticket purchasers’ convenience and ensuring the tour can operate smoothly.

• If up to two members are unable to obtain visa approval, the concert will proceed with the remaining three members. If three or more members are unable to obtain visa approval, the event in that city may be cancelled. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this possibility.
