During the process of producing new photocards, we encountered unforeseen issues with our production supplier, resulting in delays in manufacturing and delivery. As a result, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide the photocard this weekend as originally planned. However, we have reached out to the ICE LAB staff and requested their assistance in providing the photocard to the users who participated over this weekend, starting from June 12th to 16th (during the weekday period of Hanbin's birthday).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this imperfect event. To further express our regret, we are also organizing a free Lucky Draw event. By posting photos or on-site pictures related to this event in the ICE LAB community and providing evidence to our admin, you will be granted a complimentary entry to the draw. Our lucky draw prizes are all drawn on the first day of the event, so you can only get the paper cup on the 2nd day! Also, people who drew and couldn't get 4,5th prizes will be able to take them from next Monday! It'd be great if you can visit on the 13th, June in order to get the new freebie photocard of the event :)
Even if you can't attend the event in person, we have got you covered! We will share digital versions of the print files for freebies, so you can print them at home and have a special keepsake of the event, no matter where you are in the world.
