From the cities selected through the City Recommendation Phase, PREMIUM Pre-Sale will now begin — and this stage will determine which cities will officially become stops on the ALL(H)OURS 1st World Tour <RISE UP> in North America.
※ The ALL(H)OURS 1st World Tour <RISE UP> in North America is scheduled to take place in January 2027.
• This is a project-based North America Tour — your participation directly determines where ALL(H)OURS will perform.
• Up to 9 cities that reach 100 PREMIUM Pre-Sale ticket sales will be confirmed as official tour stops.
• Once 9 cities have been confirmed, the Pre-Sale period will close early.
• Cities that do not reach 100 PREMIUM ticket sales will not be confirmed as tour stops. Purchasers may submit a Transfer Request during the designated Transfer Request Window or receive an automatic full refund if no transfer request is submitted.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets are available only during the Pre-Sale period. Once the Pre-Sale ends, Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets will no longer be sold.
• Payment must be completed within 7 minutes after selecting purchase options.
• A 12% service fee applies to PREMIUM ticket purchases and is refundable if eligible under the Refund Policy.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM tickets are only available during the Pre-Sale period — once Pre-Sale ends, PREMIUM tickets will no longer be sold.
• PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER — The earlier you purchase, the earlier your entry number. Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will be assigned priority entry numbers in purchase order — your spot in line is locked in the moment you buy. After Pre-Sale purchasers enter, general ticket purchasers will enter afterward.
• M&G Priority Purchase Access — Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive exclusive early access to purchase M&G Benefit packages before general sales.
• Pre-Sale Exclusive Photocard Set — All Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive a limited-edition photocard set.
• Random Member Polaroid — All Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive one random member polaroid.
• Special Voting Rights — Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will be able to vote for the ALL(H)OURS title track they would like to see performed one more time during the encore. The title track receiving the most votes will return to the stage as a special Encore Replay Stage.
• City Confirmation — Up to 9 cities that reach 100 PREMIUM ticket sales during the Pre-Sale period will be confirmed as official tour stops.
• Transfer Request / Auto Refund — Purchasers in unconfirmed cities may request a transfer to a confirmed city during the Transfer Request Window; remaining eligible orders will be automatically refunded afterward.
※ Please note that the voting category included in the PREMIUM Pre-Sale benefits has been changed to the “Encore Stage Vote.”

※ Each option covers its listed metro area. If the confirmed venue is located in a nearby city, it will be within the same metro area shown for your selected option.
• PLATINUM Front Zone (M&G) — PLATINUM M&G purchasers are admitted first, ahead of all ticket holders, by purchase order.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM ($139) — Entry by Pre-Sale PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER. Entry numbers are assigned strictly in purchase order.
• PREMIUM ($79) — Entry by PREMIUM ENTRY NUMBER.
• (Early Entry) GENERAL ADMISSION ($64) — First-come, first-served on-site.
• GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) ($49) — First-come, first-served on-site.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will enter before general ticket purchasers.
• M&G Benefit Packages are add-on products and require a valid concert admission ticket. M&G packages cannot be used independently.
• Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket holders will receive priority access to purchase M&G Benefit Packages before general sales.
• GOLD and SILVER M&G packages do not change your entry order (entry follows your admission ticket priority). PLATINUM M&G purchasers are admitted first via the PLATINUM Front Zone. PLATINUM M&G packages are limited to only 21 packages per city.
• If both your admission ticket and M&G Benefit Package include the same benefit, the benefit will only be provided once and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for any alternative benefit.
• M&G Benefit Packages will be sold separately. The detailed sales schedule will be announced at a later date.
• Full refunds including the 12% service fee are available in the following cases:
✔ (1) City Not Confirmed
Purchasers may request a transfer to a confirmed city during the designated Transfer Request Window.
If no transfer request is submitted, eligible orders will be automatically refunded after the Transfer Request Window ends.
Refund processing may take up to 2 business weeks depending on your payment provider.
✔ (2) Free Cancellation Window
Following the official tour poster release, Pre-Sale purchasers may cancel during the designated free cancellation period and receive a full refund including the service fee.
⚠️ The Free Cancellation Window will be open for one week only. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.
• Member participation may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes to the participating lineup do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Official tour dates, venues, and ticket sale schedules may be adjusted due to operational circumstances.
• Due to venue booking circumstances, a confirmed city may be replaced with a nearby city.
• Venue information may be announced separately after the official tour poster is released.
• Age restrictions and venue policies vary by city and venue. Some venues may impose age restrictions, and attendees under the age of 18 may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Detailed policies will be announced after each venue is confirmed.
• Accessibility accommodations, including ADA support, vary by venue. If you require accessibility assistance, we recommend waiting until venue information is announced before purchasing a ticket.
• Depending on the venue’s ticketing policy, purchased tickets may need to be transferred or migrated to the venue’s official ticketing platform. The base ticket price will remain unchanged; however, additional ticketing platform fees may apply.
• After venues are announced, GENERAL SALE ticket types and entry methods may vary by city — but your Pre-Sale PREMIUM ticket and entry priority are always honored.
• Most venues are expected to operate with a standing configuration. If a seated configuration is used, entry and seat selection procedures will follow the applicable ticket priority and entry order.
